Privacy policy

This policy describes what Video Generators (“we”, “us”) collects when you use videogenerators.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile picture and a unique identifier. We create an account record and a randomly generated display name.
Content you submit. Prompts, settings, uploaded photos and the videos produced from them are stored so that we can render them, show them in your library and, if you choose, publish them to the public examples feed.
Billing data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer identifier, subscription status, credit balance and a ledger of purchases. We never see or store full card numbers.
Usage data. We collect page-view analytics through a privacy-focused analytics provider that does not use cookies to track you across sites, plus server logs needed to operate and secure the service.
AI Data Processing
To provide the service, Video Generators sends your text, images, video, and other input to third-party AI platforms for processing. These platforms currently include Google, OpenAI, and Replicate. Their handling of that data is governed by their own policies. Prompts and images are also screened by automated moderation systems before rendering; content that fails screening is logged for safety review and is not rendered.
How we use information
- To render videos, store them and show them to you
- To operate credits, subscriptions and purchases
- To publish videos you have marked public and to run the public feed and search
- To moderate content, process reports and enforce our terms
- To understand how the site is used and to fix problems

Public and private content
Videos you mark public are visible to anyone, together with their prompt and your display name, on share pages and in the examples feed. Videos made from an uploaded photo are always private. Private videos are only returned to the signed-in owner. Uploaded photos are stored to render your video and are not shown to other users.
Sharing
We share data with the AI platforms named above, with Stripe for payments, with Google for authentication, with our hosting and search providers to run the service, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Account and content data are kept while your account is active. You can delete individual videos from your library at any time, which removes them from storage and search. To delete your whole account, email [email protected] from the address on the account.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or erase personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact [email protected] and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Children
You must be 13 or older to use Video Generators. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we remove the account and its data.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised policy.
