Terms of service

Last updated 9 October 2026

These terms are a contract between you and Video Generators covering your use of videogenerators.com and the services offered there. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You need a Google account to render videos. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country if higher, to use the service.

Credits, subscriptions and packs

Renders are paid for with credits. Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing month and reset to the plan allowance at renewal without rolling over; one-time pack credits do not expire and are used after subscription credits. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. The credit price of a render is shown before you start it and is charged when the render is queued. If a render fails for a reason within our control or that of our providers, the credits for Standard and Cinematic renders are returned; Draft renders are charged once started. Completed renders are not refundable because you are dissatisfied with the result.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately and charge the difference for the current period; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Ownership of output

You hold the rights to any output produced by the service at your direction, including without limitation images, videos, text, and other content, to the extent we hold any rights in it, and we assign those rights to you. You are responsible for how you use the output. Copyright protection for AI-generated material varies by country and may be limited; obtain legal advice if that matters for your use.

You grant us a licence to host, store, process and display your prompts, uploads and output in order to run the service, and, for content you mark public, to show it on share pages, in the examples feed and in search results until you make it private or delete it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

  • generate sexual content, content involving minors in any sexual or harmful context, or content that sexualises real people
  • depict real people in a misleading, defamatory or harassing way, or impersonate anyone
  • promote violence, self-harm, hatred or discrimination
  • infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights
  • upload photos you do not have the right to use
  • circumvent moderation, credit accounting or rate limits, or access the service with automated tools we have not approved

Prompts and images are screened automatically. We may refuse, hide or remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, where we believe these terms have been breached. Public content that receives multiple reports may be hidden automatically pending review.

Community content

The examples feed contains content from other users. We do not endorse it and are not responsible for it. Use the report controls to flag content that breaks these terms. You may block other users; blocked users’ content is reported to us for review.

The service and third parties

Renders are produced by AI models operated by third parties. Output can be inaccurate, inconsistent or unexpected, and identical prompts can give different results. We may change, suspend or discontinue models, tiers, prices and features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of price changes that affect an active subscription.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Sections on ownership, liability and governing law survive termination.

Governing law

Delaware law governs this agreement and any dispute about it, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, and the state and federal courts sitting in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
